Before I start, I'm wondering whether or not to keep a tally of the # of times Cole says "Damn" for each show.

Anhow...

*** The (Loooooooong dragging) Contract signing.

~The first 35 minutes of the friggin' show.Ugh.
~Vince will now be on both shows since he's 100% owner and stuff; UT and HHH sign the contract; disses the AGD with a 'G' joke; and HHH smashes stuff with Mr. Sledgie and Mr. Sledgie #2.
~Stupid Cole Quote:
HHH w/ Mr. Sledgie approaching the announce table: "You can't really have a Smackdown w/o an announce table, can ya?"
Cole: "What's he talking about?"
Unbelievable. You should have hit COLE - not the table, Hunter.
Though I did laugh a bit when he broke the first hammer on the table and busted out with the second one.
~An idiot in the front row when HHH took out the timekeeper's table: "Be a man, baby! Don't be scared!" *WHAM* "That's what I'm talkin' about!" *takes picture*
~Sign: "And I'm turning HEEL!"

*** Test w/ his jacked-up theme d. Hurricane to be in the KOTR tourney.
~ Nidia = Trailer Trash. That lick she gave him was just.... ewwww. XP
~ Neat, high-paced (albeit WAY too short) match here. Three more minutes.
~ The Whitby Whiplash (© BrewGuy) is called the "Test Drive." I like Brew's name better. I still say Test should use the Savage Elbow and/or the Boot as the setup to this one.
~ Jamie Knoble's contrived hick accent is kind of annoying, IMO. I'm wondering they're going to pull a "Kane" here and keep Hurricane's mask.

*** Hardcore Holly w/ remixed music d. Tajiri
~ I'll ask the question I asked last week: Is Holly a face now?
~ Austin's walkout is not just mentioned but it's also going to be on Confidential. I guess it's safe to say they're gonna turn this into some storyline.
~ Match wasn't too bad. A bit uneventful. As cool as that Whiplash Slam of Holly's is - I'm not buying it as a finisher.

*** Val says not nice things to Chris Jericho. OK.

*** Bobby Heenan's on Confidential too. Yeah!!

*** Chris Jericho and Stoneface (w/ new Star Wars-ian music and an electric Maple Leaf in his Titantron video) lost to Val Venis and Billy Kidman (w/ new generic music and even LESS clothing). <[=== my bad.
~ Jericho and Storm reunited. What was the name of their tag team again back in the day?
~ God, Kidman really needs to go back to the wifebeater and jeans. He's got one HELL of a wedgie. PUT SOME CLOTHES ON, BILLY.
~ It's funny - the only time I kinda dug Val Venis was when he was managed by Trish and was wearing all white. I don't really care much for him now.
~ When Jericho was the WCW Cruiser Champ, did he and Kidman ever cross paths? I can't quite remember.
~ Also another neat match with an interesting finish since Stoneface got his shoulder up and Brian Hebner never saw it. It's nice that they're giving Stoneface something to do but in all honesty, I'd prefer him in the KOTR than Jericho.

*** Ol' Ketchup and Mustard is ramblin' and rhymin' and brotherin' about Angle and taking off his wig and stuff. I guess we got Hogan/Angle at KOTR.

*** Lance finds Hebner's kid and gripes.

*** There's Linda Miles - or "Hot Mocha" or whatever she called herself during TE2. Eh - I'll reserve judgement for a few weeks.

*** Angle/Hogan at KOTR official and UT does the classic "Heel Backing Away from Pissed Off Face" Routine.
~ One more thing. I know UT is a big dude and all - but the Unified World Title looks so TINY on him though. I don't think it's much bigger than the new CruiserBelt.

*** Faarooq (the INNOVATOR of "DAMN") d. Rev. D-Von Dudley.... I think.
~ I HATE, HATE, HATE when they come back in the middle of someone's entrance. And I kinda dig D-Von's new music too.
~ D-Von's condemning masturbatory activities as sinful and stuff.
~ Sign: "Psalm 23: The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want $." Man - it's definitely open season to ridicule the Church.
~ "The Right Reverend D-Von implores you to LEAVE THAT THANG alone!" OK - I admit. I laughed at that.
~ HA! "I'll be DAMNED!" begins Faarooq's theme. I'll take 1000 "Damns" from Faarooq any day rather than one from Cole.
~ Faarooq gets sinful on D-Von's ass and pins him in about 5 seconds.
~ Cole's stupidity knows no boundaries. He called Faarooq's Spinebuster Slam the Dominator. Dumbass.

*** Trish Stratus and Linda Miles d. Ivory and Jackie (last name excluded).
~ Why is Tazz taking shots at Raw every week?
~ More shilling for the Austin/Heenan Confidential by Cole.
~ Not much to say about this match really. Linda and Jackie ain't bad. I'll use the smarky scapegoat: it was there. That head scissors that Trish did was neat, though.

*** Another Vince Boinks Diva Segment. NEXT.

*** Here's the KOTR bracket. Apparently - they're NOT going to do a Raw side v. Smackdown side in the Finals.

(R) X-Pac v. Rob Van Dam
(SD) Val Venis v. Chris Jericho

(R) Test v. Hardcore Holly
(SD) Booker T vs. Brock Lesnar

I'm personally sticking with my prediction of Booker v. Jericho in the finals.

*** UT and Angle do us a favor and take Hogan out so we won't have to watch him sloth around in the ring.

*** UT and Kurt Angle d. Hunter Hearst-Helmsley (w/o Hogan) by DQ
~ UT's back on the bike again. Why? And Angle is STILL wearing that ugly singlet. Yuck.
~ UT giving commentary while he beats you up = COOL. Why wasn't UT this cool when he was a face?
~ HHH with Mr. Sledgie #3. How many sledgehammers do they HAVE under that ring?
~ What is with Hunter's obsession with pulling Angle's singlet down? I do believe this is the THIRD time now.
~ And there's Angle's dome. I must say he looks pretty cool with a bald head. At least I hope this means the wig gimmick is RIP.
~ It should've been Edge to de-wig-ify Angle. Not Hogan.
~ More Hulk-a-posing by HHH and Hogan.

Pretty mediocre this week. Just "eh". It wasn't BAD - but wasn't all that great either.
