WWF/E SmackDown! - April 4, 2002

Regardless - I thought this was an awesome show. We got Hardcore Holly AND Billy Kidman back.

Just some thoughts:
* Angle's tired of being dis'ed. BTW, that promo with Edge was great. Hopefully this split will allow Edge to talk more and do more smartass promos like that one.
* Video Montage for Benoit = A GOOD thing. Damn - I miss Mr. Roboto....
* Albert turning = eh. He did it to Bossman and Test. For almost the same reasons too.
* I'm still not digging that new World Title belt. And will they STOP saying "undisputed". It's corny as hell.
* Tazz alluded to the fact that more cruiserweights are coming. I think it's about time that belt got replaced too.
* The AGD are the tag champs, right? Well, wouldn't it make more sense to have them on both shows also? And what is UP with Rico's sideburns?
* Hogan mixing his gimmicks = odd-looking. Hollywood Hogan in red and yellow is strange looking. And I still have my doubts on whether HHHelmsley v. HHHogan will stick.
* RVD's 7-11 commercial was pretty cool. And he still looks stoned.
* I get the feeling they have something planned for D-Von. New gimmick maybe?
* No Rey. Well, not yet.
* Cole continues to suck. "Asshole" chant during Jericho's promo. Cole: "Listen to this 'Has Been' Chant." Dumbass.

Either way - less talking + more matchtime = GOOD. This split is in the right neighborhood so far.
